* Having anti-VGEF intravitreal injection scheduled
* Informed consent signed
Exclusion Criteria
* Under 45 years
* Opacity that prevents ophthalmological evaluation and fixation
* Patients with severe dry eye
* Patients with signs of infection on the ocular surface
* Allergy to iodine
* Pregnancy
