* Painful tendons at the Achilles tendon (both insertional and mid-portion tendinopathy)
* patella tendinopathy
* elbow tendinopathy
* informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* no informed consent
* no painful tendons
* allergy against Polidocanol
* current treatment with Marcumar
