* Clinical Diagnosis of Chronic neck pain
Exclusion Criteria:
* Neck pain is associated with whiplash injuries.
* Resting blood pressure greater than 140/90 mmHg.
* Cervical radiculopathy.
* Cervical disc herniation.
* Fibromyalgia syndrome.
* Previous neck surgery.
