Inclusion Criteria:
* Children and adolescents who will be diagnosed with Cyanotic CHD
* able to understand Urdu language
* patient with both gender will be included
* intact families will be included
Exclusion Criteria:
* single parents
* parents having any psychiatric illness
* Any chromosomal abnormality
