* pelvic cancer patients
* with pelvic pain not responding to oral analgesic medications
* side effects of oral analgesic medications
Exclusion Criteria:
* patients with metastatic cancer disease
* patients with significantly impaired organ functions
* patients with bleeding diathesis
* patients with mental disabilities
