Inclusion criteria:
* Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, source of bleeding radiologically or surgically secured
* Age \> 18 years
* Mechanically ventilated
* Sedated
* Stable hemodynamics
* Stable intracranial pressure between 10 - 20 mmHg
Exclusion criteria:
\- Serum sodium \> 160 mmol/l
