Inclusion Criteria:
* Children in the early mixed dentition
* Unilateral posterior cross bite including the first permanent molar
Exclusion Criteria:
* No ongoing sucking habits
* Craniofacial syndroms
* Earlier Orthodontic treatments
* Not able to independently understand and answer the questionnaires
