* Patients accepting peripheral nerve block technique for humerus surgery
* Unilateral orthopedic humerus surgery
* 18 years of age or older
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients refused peripheral nerve block
* Non-cooperate patients
* Neuropathy of any etiology in the affected extremity
