Inclusion Criteria:
* Attenuated psychotic symptoms
* Self-limited brief psychotic episode
* Family History of psychosis and decrease in functioning over last year
Exclusion Criteria:
* Organic causes of subthreshold psychotic symptoms (eg. epilepsy)
* More than one week of neuroleptic treatment
