Inclusion Criteria:
* patients in minimally conscious state;
* patients with stable condition;
* each patient has athletic ability to some extent.
Exclusion Criteria:
* premorbid neurology antecedent;
* patients in coma or vegetative state;
* patients \< 1 months after the acute brain injury.
