* Brain injured patient
* Age ≥ 18 ans
* Patient with a brain microdialysis monitoring and/or an external ventricular drainage
* Patient receiving paracetamol for clinical purpose
Exclusion Criteria:
* Paracetamol allergy
* Liver failure
