* Age 20 -40.
* Weight: 70kg-100kg.
* Women diagnosed with gestational diabetes.
* Second and third trimester of pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Females having history of depression
* Thyroid problems
* Preexisting diabetes • Early onset diabetes
* Multiple pregnancies
