* \<30 degrees hip internal rotation in at least 1 hip
Exclusion Criteria:
* Traumatic injury in last 6 months
* FAI
* fracture
* surgery within last 6 months
* positive FADDIR/FABER
* symptomatic OA
* RA
* Neurologic conditions
