Inclusion Criteria:
* BMI\> 35 and \<55 kg / m²
* with clinical stability
* suitable for physical tests
* acceptance to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria:
* women with reports of decompensated heart disease
* chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma
