Inclusion Criteria:
* unilateral groin hernia
* planned laparoscopic inguinal or femoral herniorrhaphy
* ASA I-III
* fluent Danish
Exclusion Criteria:
* converting to open operation
* low compliance
* daily use of morphine or similar drugs daily in the last month
* complications to the operation
