* First-time thyroid cancer surgery patients
* cN0-PTMC patients diagnosed through fine-needle aspiration and imaging.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Secondary surgery
* Other pathological types of thyroid cancer
* Incomplete clinical data
* Distant metastasis or history of cervical radiation exposure.
