* Age greater than 18
* Increased Body Mass Index (BMI) \> 31
* History of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
* History of Sleep Apnea
Exclusion criteria:
* Respiratory failure
* Isolation requirements
* Surgical patients admitted to 2 West or ICU
