* the diagnosis of breast cancer by biopsy
* participants voluntarily participated in the clinical trial and signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* had previous sentinel lymph node biopsy or axillary surgery
* had neoadjuvant chemotherapy
* had clinical hints of axillary lymph node metastasis
