Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Symptomatic knee anterior and rotatory instability after ACL injury;
* Primary ACLR cases
Exclusion Criteria:
* Active inflammation of the knee;
* Revision cases;
* Additional PLC, PCL or PFJ injuries (MCL and meniscal lesions are not exclusion criteria);
* Fractures around the knee
