* Age between 18-25 years.
* Hb levels greater than 10 \& less than 12.0 gm/dl
Exclusion Criteria:
* Female staff of the institute.
* Students already engaged in physical activity.
* Hb levels greater than 12.0 \& less than 10 gm/dl
* Female having any bony deformity (spine, hip, knee \& ankle)
