* Patient with CLL
* Active autoimmune cytopenia
* Initiation of a treatment with ibrutinib or idelalisib for autoimmune cytopenia.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Other lymphoid hemopathy B
* Absence of documentation of the autoimmunity of cytopenia
