* Single non-restorable tooth in the anterior maxilla
* Intact buccal plate or \<5mm fenestration
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy
* Current smokers \>10 cigarettes/day
* Parafunctional habits
* Malocclusion or intent of orthodontic therapy in the future
* Severe periodontal disease
