* indication for nitrous oxide 70% application
* boys/girls aged 2-16 years
* informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* due to language barrier no sufficient communication possible to explain the study
* incompatibility to Fentanyl Sintetica
* incompatibility to morphinomimetics
