Inclusion Criteria:
* All repaired esophageal atresia patients with primary esophageal anastomosis treated at Boston Children's Hospital are eligible to enroll before or at year-1 surveillance endoscopy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with jejunal or colonic interpositions
