* presumed Alzheimer's Disease (group 1)
* diagnosed with small vessel disease of the brain by MRI and presumed cognitive dysfunction (group 2)
Exclusion Criteria:
* major claustrophobia
* major psychiatric diseases
* other major somatic diseases
* allergy to diamox
