Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years old
* Severe refractory chronic pain requiring intrathecal analgesia
* Candidate for intrathecal analgesia treatment with ziconotide
* Patient informed about the study and agreeing to take part in.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Contraindications to ziconotide
