Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with at least one active trigger point in lumbar region.
* Office workers sitting in office \> 5 hours a day.
* Targeting both deep and superficial muscles.
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of spinal surgeries
* Trauma
* Acute Fractures
* Tuberculosis spine
* Wounds, Infections or any other cause of back pain.
