* Epistaxis despite nasal packing or rebleeding after removal of the packing.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patient unable or unwilling to provide informed consent.
* Prior diagnosis of disease or medical condition affecting the ability of blood to clot (e.g., hemophilia.)
