Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* DM2 patient with HbA1c \> of 8%
* With some form of drug medication for their diabetes.
Exclusion Criteria:
* persons with gestational diabetes,
* psychiatric disease
* hearing or vocalization problems,
* terminal patient in PADES,
* patient with chronic acute disease (MACA),
* the denial of participating in the study.
