* T2 CRSwNP patients with favorable evolution
* T2 CRSwNP patients undergoing ESS
* Healthy volonteers with no nasal symptoms and documented normal sense of smell
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cystic fibrosis
* Primary immunodefisciencies
