* Elderly patients with pneumonia
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe septic condition
* Hepatic Cirrhosis
* Acute coronary disease
* Total cholesterol which is too high or too low
* In anticoagulant therapy
* In steroid therapy or other immunosuppressant therapy
* Have refused to join the study
