* Singleton
* Gestational age 12-16 during first visit at the high risk unit
Exclusion Criteria:
* Liver Disease
* Dyslipidemia
* Twins
* Warfarin, LMWH, Heparin use ( Due to suspected drug interaction that has been reported however has not been proven yet)
