* adults aged 18-35
* high fear of failure
* not currently undergoing psychotherapy or psychopharmacotherapy
* no severe punitive experiences in the past
Exclusion Criteria:
* current severe affective disorders
* current severe anxiety
* current severe personality disorders
* active suicidality
* psychosis
* substance abuse
