Inclusion criteria for the original study:
* Symptomatic end- stage inflammatory arthritis of the trapeziometacarpal joint
* Trapeziometacarpal arthroplasty at Rheumatism Foundation Hospital, Heinola between january 2004 and december 2005
* Signed written informed consent
