Inclusion Criteria:
* IgE-sensitized birch pollen allergy
* Start of Itulazax therapy or immunosuppressive therapy (nasal corticosteroid and/or antihistamine eye drops)
* Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Other underlying chronic conditions (immunological (autoimmune or immunodeficiency), oncological)
* Unstable uncontrolled asthma
* Smoking
