* Confirmed HIV infection;
* Being treated with anti-retroviral medication for \> 6 months.
Exclusion criteria:
* Pregnancy;
* Hypersensitive to fermented milk;
* Intolerant for lactose;
* Complaints of bacterial vaginosis requiring treatment
