Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Confirmed diagnosis of secondary hypothyroidism who are currently taking T4 replacement therapy
Exclusion Criteria:
* uncontrolled cardiovascular disease
* uncontrolled congestive heart failure
* uncontrolled mental health disorder
* not adequately replaced and have low T4 level.
