* PACU care after general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria:
* female
* asthma
* COPD
* diabetes mellitus
* unstable angina pectoris
* high intracranial pressure
* elevated intraocular pressure
* neurosurgery
* epidural or spinal analgesia
* history of long-term pain state
* poor co-operation
