Inclusion Criteria:
* Patient suffering from severe, symptomatic, calcific aortic stenosis
* STS Score ≥ 8
* Logistic EuroSCORE ≥15
Exclusion Criteria:
* Congenital unicuspid or congenital bicuspid aortic valve
* Evidence of intracardiac mass, thrombus or vegetation
* Active infection or endocarditis
