Inclusion Criteria:
* Polytrauma with ISS≥16,
* severe traumatic brain injury (AIS ≥3)
* over the age of 18
* must reach emergency room alive
Exclusion Criteria:
* pregnant patients
* dead on arrival to the hospital
* incarcerated patients
* secondarily transferred patients
