* Age group 25-40
* Patient having mechanical low back pain for more than 12 weeks
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy
* Previous spinal surgery
* Orthopedic and neurological diseases
* Patients with serious spinal pathologies( tumor, fracture and autoimmune conditions)
