* Bilateral bony mandibular third molar impactions
* Has no systemic disease
Exclusion Criteria:
* Different Pell-Gregory classification of impacted teeth
* Previous or current gastric ulcer
* Allergies or hypersensitivities to any common medications
* pregnant or breastfeeding patients
