Inclusion Criteria:
* age \< 75 years with histologically proven adenocarcinoma of the colon or rectum
* no severe major organ dysfunction
* WHO performance status of 0 or 1
* no prior cancer therapy
* with measurable unresectableliver metastasis
* without other metastasis
