Inclusion Criteria:
* Volunteering to participate in the study,
* Understanding and using Turkish effectively,
* Not being on leave during the study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Nurses who answered the data collection forms incompletely,
* Nurses who did not want to continue the study,
* Nurses who did not participate in even one of the compassionate care education programs of the study.
