* Mediastinal lymph node enlargement on chest CT or PET-CT
Exclusion Criteria:
* Inadequate oxygenation during procedure
* uncontrolled cardiac arrythmia
* Bleeding diathesis
* Severe thrombocytopenia
* Recent use of clopidogrel
* Uncooperative patients
