Inclusion Criteria:
* Age between 6 and 65 years
* Patient follow-up in the Neurosurgery department for a partial drug-resistant epilepsy
* Etiological diagnosis certain or likely of DCF2
* Operating indication
* consent (or agreement of the legal representative) to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria:
* Etiological diagnosis other than a DCF2
* Refusal of consent
* No health insurance
