* patient is undergoing a DIEP-breast reconstruction, unilateral as well as bilateral
* is aged 18 years or older
Exclusion Criteria:
* diabetes mellitus
* diseases of the kidneys
* diseases of the liver
* patients who are taking immunosuppressants
