* Ability to understand the Italian language
Exclusion Criteria:
* Refuse to adhere to the study
* Definite causes of low back pain
* Central or peripheral neurological signs
* Systemic illness or psychiatric deficits
* Recent myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular events, or chronic lung or renal diseases
