* Women with singleton pregnancy
* Women who will undergo vaginal delivery after 37+0/7 weeks of gestation
Exclusion Criteria:
* Women who are allergy to chlorhexidine, alcohol, iodine, or shellfish
* Women with any infection at perineum (before vaginal delivery)
