* Preferably being a member of Association of Nurse Managers,
* Being a manager nurse,
* To be a manager for at least two years,
* To be at least a bachelor's degree,
* Working,
* It is to volunteer to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Participating in the first stage of the research,
* Not being an executive nurse,
* Less than two years of management experience
* To be a high school or associate degree graduate,
